The present invention relates to an open architecture for arbitrarily combining data analysis algorithms and databases supported by different manufacturers or suppliers on the Internet. At the user's request, the data analysis algorithm and database are instantaneously combined while maintaining adequate security and making some committed payments between the algorithm and the database provider from the user.
