In the operational amplifier circuit disclosed herein, the cascode current mirror is electrically connected to the differential input and between the differential output and the first reference potential. A cascode current source is electrically connected to the differential input and between the differential output and the second reference potential. A bias circuit is coupled to the differential input, the cascode current mirror and the cascode current source, and sequentially activates the cascode current source and the differential input in response to a first transition of a control signal.
