PURPOSE: An electronic car-keeping book is provided to reduce the expenses for a car by computing and displaying the expenses necessary for operating the car, and by enabling a driver to easily check the expenses and control the operation of the car. CONSTITUTION: A controller(10) controls whole operations. A data inputting unit(12) inputs data on a driving distance, a driving time, expenses for parking, repairing and paying a tax on a car and so on. A driving speed detecting unit(14) detects a driving speed of the car. A display unit(16) operates data inputted from the data inputting unit(12) and detected from the driving speed detecting unit(14). In addition, the display unit(16) displays the expenses relevant to the driving speed and the distance traveled and fuel expenses consumed according to the driving speed. A driving distance detecting unit(18) detects the driving distance of the car. A driving time detecting unit(20) detects the driving time of the car.
