PURPOSE: Provided is a solar complex cool and warm forced intake and outtake circulation style lawn management system in a lawn stadium which uses a dual cold and warm pipe to keep proper humidity and temperature for growing lawn so that it helps to keep the lawn stadium green all the year round. CONSTITUTION: The solar complex cool and warm forced intake and outtake circulation style lawn management system in the lawn stadium comprises the parts of: a solar collector(12) which is placed to be slid 45 degree downwardly; a tank which stores warm water obtained during day time by heat source of alternate energy; the dual cold and warm pipe which feeds warm water by a signal in a ground temperature sensor and places in the stadium; a working liquid which is injected into an outer pipe in the dual cold and warm pipe; a phase variation material which is injected into inner pipe of the dual cold and warm pipe to stir and cause warm effect; and a volatile condenser which is converted into cold state in flowing refrigerant water.
