PURPOSE: A planar power divider is provided to enable changes of input/output terminations and input/output transfer characteristic and use the planar power divider in various ways. CONSTITUTION: A planar power divider comprises a first to a fourth loops, each having a pair of terminations. The first and the second loops and the third and the fourth loops forms a closed loop by a first and a second dummy transmission lines. When a microwave signal is applied through one of the terminations, the three predetermined terminations are terminated and the signal is outputted through the remaining four terminations. A first to a sixteenth transmission lines(TL-1 to TL-16) surround a first to a fourth loops. The electric length of each of the first to the sixteenth transmission lines(TL-1 to TL-16) is 90. The electric length of each of a seventeenth and eighteenth transmission lines(TL-C1,TL-C2) between the first loops and the second loop and between the third loops and the fourth loop is 180.
