Apparatus for suppressing the bias error induced by the Faraday effect at the output of a sensor coil exposed to the magnetic field The apparatus is formed at two leads of the sensor coil to compensate for bias movement. One such device comprises at least one loop of optical fiber to compensate for the effects induced by the magnetic component in the direction transverse to the axis of the sensor coil and the other is intended to compensate for the effects induced by the magnetic component along the axis. In each case, the predetermined degree of twist of the predetermined fiber twist mode is exposed to a compensator loop to generate the Faraday effect of correcting the interaction.
