PURPOSE: Provided is an automatic system for alarming ocean environment and protecting cultured organisms, which can collectively recognize the change of ocean environment by abnormal flow of sea water around culturing farm, and alarm a supervisor and operate proper treatment of the sea water for protection of cultured organisms. CONSTITUTION: The automatic system includes an ocean environment measuring device(10) for measuring a condition of sea water around a culturing farm; a setting device(51) provided with a plurality of functional keys and number keys which can be operated by a user; a display device(52) for displaying a value set by the setting device or data measured by the ocean environment measuring device; a first memory device(31) for storing reference data as obtained from sea water of normal ocean environment according to their types through the setting device; a control device(20) for comparing value measured by the ocean environment measuring device with the reference data and generating a control signal of output port(71) and communication port(61) according to the result of the comparison.
