The present invention relates to a wastewater treatment apparatus in which a semi-floating carrier receptor is installed in a continuous batch reactor, and has a slow growth rate by installing a semi-floating carrier receptor filled with a microbial fixation carrier which is moved up and down according to the flow rate of the reactor. The purpose of the present invention is to maintain a constant microorganisms, such as nitrifying bacteria, which are easily leaked to the outside, and to improve the treatment efficiency of high concentration wastewater with high nitrogen and phosphorus content and high load fluctuations.
