METHOD FOR PRODUCING HIGH STRENGTH COMPOSITE FIBRIC FOR PROTECTIVE CLOTHING

PURPOSE: The method for producing high strength composite fibric for protective clothing is provided to change a texture of fabric, diversely express a color of fabric, and improve tactility of fabric. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) plying a high strength aromatic aramid based cotton yarn having a yarn count of 10-50 with 50-3000 denier of nylon which subjected to air interlacing process, 40-3000 denier of polypropylene or 75-4000 denier of polyester yarn, providing a twist of (100-1,000 twist/meter) x the root of 777/total yarn denier, (ii) weaving the ply yarn obtained from the step(i) only or the ply yarn with other yarn together so as to have a texture as shown in figure 1, (iii) dyeing the weaved fabric, and (iv) coating the dyed fabric with resin.
