PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for generating continuously clocks using a synchronous circuit in a radio calling data satellite transmission earth station system are provided to minimize interruption of a radio calling service due to a temporary carrier loss by providing continuous clocks to a DEMUX portion. CONSTITUTION: A center earth station(10) is formed with a multitude of center earth station subscriber connection portion(11), a MUX portion(12), a modulation portion(13), and an RF portion(14). The MUX portion(12) is used for multiplexing the center earth station subscriber connection portions(11). The modulation portion(13) receives and modulates the multiplexed data from the MUX portion(12). The RF portion(14) is used for transmitting the data in order to transmit the modulated data of the modulation portion(13). A terminal earth station(20) is formed with a demodulation portion(21), a DEMUX portion(24), and a terminal earth station subscriber connection portion(26). The demodulation portion(21) separates a carrier signal and data from the modulated signal and outputs the data. The DEMUX portion(24) demultiplexes the data of the demodulation portion(21). The terminal earth station subscriber portion(26) receives the demultiplexed data from the DEMUX portion(24).
