The present invention discloses a polymer film exhibiting ultraviolet ray blocking properties, antifogging properties and photochromism. The polymer film according to the present invention comprises a transparent thermoplastic polymer resin and 0.01-20% by weight of a photochromic dye and 0.01-20% by weight of a surfactant based on the weight of the polymer resin. Has aesthetic and anti-fog. Therefore, the polymer film according to the present invention may be usefully used as an advertisement printing film, an agricultural film, a window for attaching a window, a film for attaching a window glass, a film for attaching an automobile glass, a film for attaching a mirror to a mirror, a film for attaching sunglasses, and the like.
