The present invention relates to a quasi-aerobic waste landfilling device, and in installing a rainwater discharge side down to the bank side at a small end of a landfill site, the rainwater is discharged while the small end is a landfilling progress zone, and the small end is buried. By discharging the leachate during the zone, the level of leachate in the landfills can be lowered and the aerobic area within the landfill can be increased, ensuring the safety of the landfill structure and preventing leachate leakage.
