The present invention is to reduce the bending moment by forming the coupling moment as shown in Figure 4 in the appropriate position of both cross-sections of the 'concrete beam (1)' below the reinforced concrete beam as shown in Figure 1 It relates to a moment-saving fixing stage 10 used to increase the strength by adding tension and fixing (6).;Up to now, the fixing ends for reinforcing the iron cone 1 with the steel wire 6 are drilled on both sides of the iron cone 1 and attached with a set anchor 5, and the steel wire 6 is also used for fixing the fixing end. It is designed with the principle that it does not deviate from the center of set anchor (5) group.;However, since the anchorage level is at the top of the beam, there is a burden of providing a separate wire (6) sliding device in order for the steel wire (6) to pass through the bottom of the beam. Therefore, the present invention proposes a method in which the steel wire 6 can be arranged in a straight line near the bottom of the beam, even though the set anchor 5 is placed on the side of the beam having little reinforcement (see FIG. 1). That is, a steel plate of the c-shape is prepared at a suitable position at both ends of the iron cone beam (1) and attached with an epoxy resin and a set anchor (5), and the long steel wire cone (2) specially manufactured is welded to the lower side or the lower plate (4) of the side plate (3). The steel wire 6 is added to the position where the tensile stress of the cross section is applied by reducing the magnitude of the bending moment of the iron conbo 1 by inserting the steel wire 6 therein and tensioning it with a hydraulic jack 7. It is a moment saving settlement stage 10 to be used to promote the.;If possible, a few set anchors (5) in the lower plate (4) to help the role of preventing the rotation of the side plate (3) attached to the side of the iron cone (1). The long steel wire cone (2) may be welded to the side plate (3), but it is preferable to weld to the lower plate (4) even if there is a margin of about 5cm in the bottom of the iron cone (1) to enhance the reinforcing effect.;Long steel wire cone (2) is a special length of 3-4 times longer than the general steel wire cone, the reason is to secure a welding site for welding the side plate (3) or the lower plate (4).
