The present invention is a radiation photocathode using carbon nanotubes having high efficiency and high resolution, a radiation detection device capable of detecting radiation with high sensitivity using the same, and a radiation capable of obtaining a high-resolution radiation image in real time using the photocathode. In particular, it relates to an image measuring device, and the incident radiation is absorbed by the absorption emission layer formed on the outer surface of the carbon nanotubes while passing through the carbon nanotubes to emit electrons, and the emitted electrons pass through the space between adjacent carbon nanotubes. The present invention relates to a radiation photocathode using carbon nanotubes which can be usefully applied to various medical industries by amplifying electrons to obtain amplified electron emission effect of high sensitivity. It relates to a radiographic image measuring apparatus.
