METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SEQUENTIAL PHASE-BY-PHASE ANAEROBIC FERMENTATION OF LIQUEFIED ORGANIC WASTES

FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding liquefied organic wastes into outer chamber of methane tank and providing sequential anaerobic fermentation in outer and inner chambers of methane tank; heating and mixing fermented mass; mixing biogas withdrawn from outer chamber in injector with mass fermented in methane tank; introducing obtained gas-liquid mixture into inner chamber of methane tank. Apparatus has coaxial-type methane tank with inner and outer chambers. Biogas is drawn from outer chamber of methane tank via branch pipe connected to gas channel of injector which is communicated to pump adapted for discharging of fermented mass from methane tank. Delivery pipeline mounted inside methane tank is connected to injector mixing chamber and to flow dispersing device positioned at methane tank bottom. Method and apparatus may be used in animal and poultry houses, as well as in individual farms for producing combustible biogas and high-quality disinfected organic fertilizers from plant remains, manure, bird dung and feces.
