SUBSTANCE: hydraulically active synthetic stage with basicity of CaO/SiO₂ slag between 1-35 and 1.6, e.g. slags resulting from combustion of or blast furnace slags in admixture with slags resulting from steel production after reducing metal oxides in melt and containing 10-20 wt % of Al₂O₃ and less than 2.5 wt % of iron oxides, are mixed with 5-20 wt % relative to full weight of mixture, alkali earth metal sulfate, e. g. unburned gypsum, gypsum from industrial, flue waste, gypsum from setups for removing sulfur compounds from flue gas, gypsum or anhydride in finely divided form. EFFECT: cement or cement fillers with increased resistance to sulfate and sea water. 7 cl
