FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves acquiring and analyzing information, taking decisions concerning the admissible ways of help to find the solution. Independent database volumes are created in acquiring information. One of them contains public access information, another one has confidential information including know-how data protected from unauthorized use. Analysis process is enhanced by similarity correspondence search mode. No final task solution being found, an additional database is built using exclusive information volumes of public and confidential nature related to the given problem. Several versions of information output are offered to show modifications of the initially set problem. The similarity correspondence search mode is repeatedly applied to find the final version of solution. EFFECT: provided psychological and technical advantages; avoided stress caused by failure in trying to find solution of an insoluble problem.
