FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has rotating cylindrical housing with raw material charging and discharge devices disposed at opposite ends of apparatus. Housing is equipped with longitudinal tilting device. High-pressure heat fan and reversible conveyors inclined at different angles are positioned adjacent to discharge end of apparatus, and air duct pneumatically connected via fan to cyclone is positioned adjacent to charging end of apparatus.
