SUBSTANCE: invention proposes an agent that is a conjugate of isoniazide with dextran of molecular mass 65-75 kDa of the following formula: where R1 is H, glucose residue or polyglycosyl residue as given in a drawing; R2 is a residue of isoniazide of the formula: -NH-NH-; R3 is hydroxyl group. EFFECT: decreased hepatotoxicity of antituberculosis agent isoniazide, retained high-therapeutic effectiveness of isoniazide. 2 dwg
