FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making analysis of X-ray pictures taken from hip joint to be operated. Femoral head medial wall osteotomy is carried out with the following X-ray reference value being realized: cervicodiaphyseal angle being greater than 135 deg, anteversion or retroversion angle being greater than 15 deg, angle of entrance into the femoral bed made by intersecting calcar line from sawn edge of the femoral head neck along the internal edge of the compact zone of the femoral bed median wall and longitudinal femur axis being less than 20 deg and calcar line intersects inferior boundary of the femoral bed median wall within the limits between internal edge of the compact zone and longitudinal femur axis.
