FIELD: medical equipment used in diagnosics of structures of the brain. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in arrangement of markers, well recognized in all methods for tomographic examinations, relative to the examined region of the patient, production of its three-dimensional images by each method, transformation and matching of images according to the markers. The markers are installed on the examined region in the plane that is maximum close to the axial section. Their quantity unambiguously sets the spatial localization of the examined region, then the base three-dimensional image is selected, preferably of the method with the maximum spatial resolution, the datum points are determined according to its markers, as well as the datum points are selected on one of the additional three-dimensional images and matched with the datum points of the base three-dimensional image, and the data of the additional three-dimensional image are interpolated on a three-dimensional net of the base image by means of the formed single-scale voxel.
