SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting soft tissues to access bone, subperiosteally selecting false joint or not united bone fracture, carrying out decortication over the 2/3 of perimeter. CollapAn is implanted into the decortication split. The separated cortical plates are pressed to their bed by means of ligatures set around the bone. Bone tissue defect being occurred in the false joint area, CollapAn is additionally laid as plates covering defect zone. Soft tissues are sutured as a whole with periosteum. Wobenzym is administered at a dose of 5-6 tablets three times a day reducing the dose later to 3-5 tablets during 5-6 days after the operation to enable bone tissue to be produced.
