SUBSTANCE: plaster composition including portland cement, fibrous filler, swollen perlite sand comprises, as fibrous filler, cellulose fiber base ecocotton wool comprising up to 20% of non-volatile boron compounds, and in addition to 100% of total amount of main components of composition, it comprises 0.01-0.3 wt % of methylhydroxyethyl cellulose in the form of fine powder having less than 0,125 mm fractions; composition comprises 35% or more of less than 0.063 mm fractions and up to 2 wt % of vinyl acetate and/or acrylate powder, ratios of main components being as follows, vol %: portland cement, 7-10; perlite sand, 65- 70; ecocotton wool; 20-28.
