MEDICINAL COMPOSITION FOR TOPICAL TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH BENIGN TUMORS AND PRECANCER SKIN DISEASES

FIELD: medicine, dermatology, oncology. SUBSTANCE: medicinal composition has nitric acid, copper nitrate, dimethylsulfoxide and water. Composition is prepared by usual mixing procedure and can be used for treatment of patients with benign tumors (adenomas, fibromas), among them, of viral etiology (all forms of warts, molluscum contagiosum) and precancer skin diseases (keratomas, keratoacanthomas, cylindromas and others). Invention provides the enhancement of keratoplastic and antiviral effect of composition on tissues of pathological neoplasm, its accelerated penetration into tissues, decrease of aggressive adverse response to normal skin that results to stable curative effect. Treatment effectiveness is increased from 60-70% to 96.7% as compared with prototype. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of composition and treatment. 1 tbl
