CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDING OF SECONDARY DEVELOPMENT

FIELD: reconstruction of residential and public buildings with building-on additional floors. SUBSTANCE: building structure has old part incorporating two or more floors, external and internal walls, ceilings, foundations, covering and roof, built-over external bearing pylons erected on independent foundation and separated from old part of building by settlement joints; top built-over floors with external and internal wall-beams and ceilings; external and internal wall- beams of built-over floors are joined by contiguous floors into spatial system of fixed geometry; internal transversal and longitudinal wall- beams may have breaks comparable with floor height as well as displacements of separate parts of wall-beams from longitudinal and transversal building axes as viewed from top. Alternative design solutions provide for installation of walls in beam breaks and in pylon bays, and arrangement of stained glasses along walls of existing building. EFFECT: enhanced utilization of strength of main bearing member materials; enlarged functional capabilities of design solutions. 3 cl, 3 dwg
