A circular lamp consists of a printed circuit board (3) with a center opening (4) and a wedge-shaped section (8). This board's rear side is fitted with resistors for restricting current and diodes for reverse battery protection. On its front side this board has evenly distributed LEDs (5). The wedge-shaped section running from the center opening to an outer rim (11) is formed by cut-away edges (9,10).
