The connection part has an inner holder unit to hold a borer shaft and to couple the borer to a driven part element of the connection part. The holder unit has a snap-in pin (17) to engage one or more grooves (42) of the borer. A sliding sleeve (13) at least partly surrounds the pin and can be moved between a locked position, in which it blocks movement of the pin from a catch position, and a free position, in which the pin is released. An Independent claim is included for a borer device incorporating the connection part.
