The rolling guide has a longitudinally extending rail with tracks (11) on both sides and a slide carriage (2) with two downward extensions in a steel body (20) on each side for tracks (21) which are opposite the rail tracks. The rolling bodies (3) roll between the tracks of the rail and the tracks on the slide carriage. The steel bodies are longitudinally clamped by a pair of identical cast side frames (30) which fix a return path for the rolling bodies. A pair of end caps (50) set on the longitudinal edges of the slide carrier together with the side frame fix turning channels which connect the ends of the tracks to the ends of the return paths to form guide paths for the rolling bodies.
