The metering chamber (55) inlet (58) points to the inside of the container (50) as against the chamber outlet (60) which is directed to the bowl (10) interior (20). A closure plate (62) joined by action rod (64) to the impact plate (66) opens the inlet (58) in a first setting and in a second setting closes the inlet and opens the outlet (60). A spacer (70) fitted on the container (50) ensures the dispenser (49) is fixed clear of the inner wall of the bowl (10) and once the dispenser has been fixed, the impact plate (66) lies within the spacer distance.
