The screw-in part has an internally threaded union nut and an insert with threaded connection holding a first pipe end, and consists of an internally threaded (21) inner piece (3), and an externally threaded outer piece (1). An annular flange on the union nut has an annular stop piece. An outer thread (6) cooperates with the inner thread of the union nut. An inner thread holds the second pipe-end. The inner and or outer piece have an insulating coating for electrically insulating the inner from the outer piece. The inner piece is held inside the outer piece by fixtures (4).
