The procedure entails applying in the region of the duct or conduit(5) a highly viscous substance(1) forming a fluidtight permanently elastic sealing layer, and a water-resistant highly cohesive light granular substance as a supporting and sealing layer. The highly viscous substance target directed under a regulated pressure is applied by a regulated press-out system with a flexible pipe and controllable nozzle. The cohesive granulate(2) is swirled by a regulated airflow in the region of the duct or conduit.
