The point holder has a holder (2) that can be brought to the planar element (1) which forms a ball joint in the plane of the planar element together with a fixing element (4). The holder has a support section that penetrates the planar element, in which a partially spherical space for the ball head of the fixing element is formed. The holder is formed in one piece from the ball joint part and the support section, which are connectable under an intermediate bearing of the planar element. Independent claims are included for a fixing system unit incorporating the point holder and for a component arrangement including the planar element.
