Electric stepping motor positioning method has required current signal corrected by offset value upon reaching or exceding control threshold of regulation circuit for stepping motor
The stepping motor positioning method uses a required current signal corresponding to the stator winding current characteristic of the rotating magnetic field, supplied to a regulation circuit (3), for current controlled operation of the stepping motor (1) up to a control threshold and voltage controlled operation of the stepping motor above this control threshold. The required current signal is corrected by an offset value upon reaching and/or exceding the control threshold of the regulation circuit. An Independent claim for an electric drive with a stepping motor is also included.
