The spectacles for viewing through structured holes, with or without lenses, has diaphragms (1) of holes, where each diaphragm has at least three overlaid hole diaphragms which can slide against each other, each fitted with a number of holes (2). The size, shape and gaps between the holes are very similar in at least three diaphragms. Setting bolts (8) position the diaphragms (1).
