Two or more windings (26) on a coil (10) are short-circuited to one or more winding positions (28). This makes a simple alignment possible in a pressure-current characteristic line for a magnetic valve. After being produced, an electromagnet is measured. By relying on this measurement, the two or more windings are short-circuited in such a way that a range preset for the electromagnet is reached.
