An artificially moving generated El-conductor is moved back and forth in a magnetic field or in a solid body of high resistance type (electron shortage). In the same solid body wanders a conductor (electron surplus) controlled by light. (Hallwachs effect; light releases electrons in metals, semiconductors.) There can however also be a high resistance gas in this. An El-conductor generated by laser ionisation is controlled back and forth and also with this device, the artificially generated El-conductor is found in a magnetic field that cuts such conductor and therefore induces voltage. The counter-emf between magnet and El-conductor, carrier (gas, solid) can be short-circuited. Also a bar magnet that, surrounded with a light-sensitive tube which is connected with the bar magnet and this tube is lit from outside with lamp ends about 1000 windings, coil, which wanders back and forth. In this light-sensitive tube, a voltage is induced which can be tapped off at the synthetic coil ends.
