The connection comprises two interfitting connector parts (2) with one on the mask and one on the lung to fit and lock together with sealed action. The connector parts comprises an internal and external truncated cone with the inner cone continuing as the air channel and the outer cone (4) containing one or more continuous air channels (6). The truncated cones are aligned in the same direction and have sleeve faces curved symmetrical about the centre axis. A groove (7) and sealing ring (8) are set in the area of the smallest diameter of the cones.
