The arrangement measures a rotation angle of two relatively to each other rotating components (12, 13), of which one is connected with a signal generator (7), and the other with a sensor unit (1). The signal generator and the sensor unit are arranged at the same component, and either the signal generator or the sensor unit is connected firmly with it, while the respectively other element is connected with the other component over a coupling (9, 11) which transfers forces only in rotation direction.
