Single vertical flat mesial surfaces (1) reproduce the shape and size of the natural front teeth and have on their distal side a pin or screw as fixer (2) to plug into the front teeth of the bite wall. The vertical plates (1) are joined in pairs to form a common mesial face. The mesial plates reproduce the original masticating surfaces of the molar teeth and have underside pins or screws to fix them from above into side teeth of the bite wall and the tray, as made in one piece with bite wall and base. At the front the bite wall is thinwalled as opposed to the rear in which the wall is thick.
