The switchgear cabinet has a pivot frame which pivots about an axis within the interior of the switchgear cabinet and which is provided with vertical fixing profiles for attaching it to one or more transverse frame elements (30). The pivot frame is locked in position via a locking catch on the opposite side to the pivot axis, the opening movement of the locking catch blocked by a transport safety device during transport of the switchgear cabinet.
