New compounds with a 5-membered ring are 4- and 5-fluorothiophen-2,5-diyl, 3- and 5-fluorothiophen-2,4-diyl, furan-2,5- and -2,5-diyl, isoxazol-3,5-diyl, thiazol-2,5- and -2,4-diyl, cyclopentan-1,3-diyl and cyclopenten-1,3-diyl carboxylic ester, alcohol, ether and alkane compounds (I).
