Remote data interrogation method using mobile telephone handset uses temporary connections for transmission of interrogation data set and response data set between telephone handset and processor

The remote data interrogation method has an interrogation data set assembled in a mobile telephone handset (10), which is transmitted to the interrogated processor (1) via a mobile radio network connection (20). The connection is broken upon reception of the interrogation data by the processor, while a corresponding response data set is assembled, with subsequent connection of the processor to the mobile telephone handset for transmission of the response data set. The latter connection (30) is broken upon reception of the response data set by the mobile telephone handset and the data indicated on the telephone handset display (11).
