Pressure generator has two coaxial relatively moveable driven parts. One part is a housing with pressure chamber defined by ring-shaped piston, the second part carries disc body (39) enclosed in chamber. Disc body covers C-shaped shear groove (61), which is connected to control bore (66,67) of a volume-adjustable reservoir, and to overflow channel (68) to pressure chamber. Reservoir is connected to the pressure chamber. A control slide (60) switches one end of the shear groove from connection with the control bore to connection with the overflow channel, and the second groove end from overflow channel connection to control bore connection.
