Voice-assisted system for establishment of telecommunications connections by using voice recognition and continuously updated database

摘要

An interface is integrated into existing exchange technology, to allow the detection of connection requests that are input by speech. The requests are analysed and unambiguously recognised using a continuously updated database, and recognised inputs are managed. A connection is established by forwarding the connection request to the existing exchange technology.
