The device has a heating body (10) with at least three segments (12,14,16,18), at least two of which are controllable on the water side and with air channels (22,24,26,28) defined by walls that lead air passing through the segments to the zones to be air conditioned. At least one other zone can be controlled on the water side, whereby the wall forming the air channel connected to this segment is at least partly in the form of a flap (30,32) that can selectively feed air entering this segment into the channel or can at least partly feed the air from another segment into the channel.
