The unit (1) incorporating a beam shaped as a trough for concrete prestressing is characterized by the fact that extraction of the last concreted section (2) from the trough takes place by lifting of this section. During displacement of the unit, the weight of the front end of the current section (2) is supported by bearing pedestals (4) mounted on the bridge piers.
