The arrangement consists of a vehicle (1) with a vertically projecting arm (2) connected to it, and a bunk (3) fastened to the arm turnable about a pivot axis (4), which extends horizontally at right angles to the vehicle traveling direction. Instead of a car, the arrangement may have a support construction for bunk and user, and a system to generate an artificial air flow. The head of the user projects over the end of the bunk. The bunk has fastening arrangement for one or more users, and a partially or completely closed covering (5). The length of the arm is adjustable by hydraulic and/or pneumatic means, via telescopic tubes (6). The vehicle may be a car, rail vehicle, or boat.
