The system has an air suction housing (14) on the fan (12) suction side with alternately opened, closed fresh, recirculated air openings, a fresh air filter(s) and an air distribution housing on the fan's pressure side. A suction port with air inlet openings (26,28,30) associated with the air suction housing and arranged before the fan has a dosing device (24) for the inlet openings mounted peripherally with its axis coaxial with the fan axis. Independent claims are also included for an arrangement for implementing the method.
