A hydraulic system for the operation of one or more components in a vehicle to be operated hydraulically has a hydraulic device for the generation and making available of a hydraulic pressure, one or more actuators for the operation of the component or components and one or more hydraulic lines. The hydraulic device, the actuator(s) and the hydraulic line(s) are assembled into a functional unit before the installation into the vehicle. The component(s) to be operated hydraulically in the car is/are designed as a clutch and/or gearbox, especially as an automated shifting gearbox. The hydraulic device has one or more reservoirs for the accommodation of an hydraulic fluid plus one or more control valves.
