Mechanical limitations placed on the obtainable diameters of the rolling elements used in the signals transmission device, for applications with various rotary units, such as radar installations and computer tomography equipment, and leading to the use of an electrically insulating cage for holding the rolling elements, results in contact interruptions and increased electrical resistance between the outer and inner surfaces. To avoid the undesirable contact interruptions, the rolling elements (3) are dimensioned so that they cannot come into contact simultaneously with both moving parts (1,2), and at least three further rolling elements (4) are specifically dimensioned so that they can come into contact simultaneously with both parts.
